To the role as Director of People and Safety Richard brings management and leadership skills that drive Human Resources through areas of role definition, policies and procedures, people and safety.

Combining extensive property service sector experience with organisational and design skills Richard leads the WHS Committee to manage and maintain the company’s commitment to ensure a safe workplace for all and to mitigate risk.

Richard has a background in managing people and creative services, having had his successful design agency, RBD for 20 years. As Creative Director of CIA Property Improvement Richard leads the team to provide design services and project management for projects ranging from residential renovations to commercial fit-outs.

In her role Sherry manages the smooth financial running of CIA Services Group and works closely with the Operations team and Managing Director while overseeing the Finance & Administration Department.

Sherry is CPA qualified, has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Accounting. Possessing a high level of knowledge, and an enthusistic approach Sherry is proactive and process driven to achieve greater efficiencies and cost effectiveness that benefit both CIA and our clients.
